One of the largest construction projects in Slovakia uses Fingera for person registration and entry control. They required facial biometrics, which is faster and more reliable than ID cards.
The system registers a new worker in 20 seconds, with 30–50 registrations a day. The database holds 1,400 people. FingeraGo terminals with GSM connectivity are deployed on site, suitable for outdoor conditions.
Biometric identification eliminated the possibility of unauthorised site access and provided an accurate, real-time overview of the number of people on site.
