Démos Trade wanted to offer flexible working hours to its 800+ employees across 37 branches in the Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia, but its original system didn't allow that flexibility.
Fingera deployed an online attendance system with 39 biometric terminals supporting fingerprint, facial biometrics and PIN code. A single system for all branches and countries.
The result was the introduction of flexible working hours, lighter HR administration and synchronisation with payroll systems.
