Frequently asked questions

Do I need an internet connection to use FingeraGo?

FingeraGo has a built-in GSM module that automatically sends data to the cloud. It requires no Wi-Fi or fixed network – it works anywhere there is a mobile signal.

Can the system be used without a permanent installation?

Yes. FingeraGo is a portable case – just plug it into a power outlet and you can start using it immediately. If needed, you can simply move it to another site.

How are workers identified?

Employees check in using biometrics, a card or a PIN. Biometric verification is the fastest and most reliable – the system recognises a person within one second.

What if a worker has dirty hands or wears gloves?

In that case face recognition is ideal, as it works even in demanding conditions. The system identifies the person touch-free, even with dirty or covered hands.

Can a new worker be registered directly on site?

Using the mobile app and OCR technology, registration is done in two steps – photographing the ID card and the worker’s face.

How can attendance be exported for payroll?

All data is stored in the Fingera cloud and can be easily exported to any payroll system. If a company uses its own software, we will set up the integration for you.

What happens if power or signal is lost?

The device temporarily stores the data and sends it automatically once the connection is restored. No records are lost.

Can the system be linked with an access solution (gates, barriers)?

Yes, terminals can be installed on or connected to various types of gates and barriers. This way you can control not only working time but also access to the site, property or specific buildings.
