Canteen settings

In the canteen settings you can create various types of dispensed meals and assign dispensing times to them. You can create meal types without a limit on the number, allowing you to set up the daily schedule according to the specific needs of your company or canteen.

Statements and exports

Statements allow you to see summary outputs of orders according to various needs for the canteen, company management or accountants. The most common statements are a breakdown of orders by employees, a summary of orders for a given time period, information about processed and unprocessed orders and a summary of meals for the canteen needs.

Supplier management

In supplier management a company can register multiple meal providers. Suppliers are linked to a specific canteen. Meals that are entered into the system are linked to the given supplier so that no mix-up occurs. The supplier receives an automatic export to their email address with information about the number of ordered meals, the type of meal and the dispensing time.

Allergen management

The list contains 14 basic allergens, which can be edited if needed.

A biometric terminal in the dining area recognizes the employee through biometrics, RFID and miFare card or PIN code. The cook confirms the order on the terminal and serves the meal.
