Terms and conditions
1. Introductory provisions
These General Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between Innovatrics s.r.o. and its customers in the provision of Fingera services.
2. Subject of the contract
The subject of the contract is the provision of access to the Fingera system, including the attendance, access and catering modules according to the chosen configuration.
3. Price and payment terms
The price of the service follows the current price list. Billing is monthly or annual according to the chosen payment plan.
4. Term of the contract
The contract is concluded for an indefinite period with a 3-month notice period, unless agreed otherwise.
5. Support and service
The service price includes technical support, regular system updates and data backup.
6. Final provisions
These Terms and Conditions take effect on the day they are published on the fingera.sk website.
