Absence management system
An absence management system is a digital solution that automates the recording, approval and tracking of employee absences. It lets managers and HR departments easily manage leave, sick leave, business trips and home office, without manually filling in forms or communicating by e-mail.
Access control system
The access control system lets you manage entry to buildings, sites and specific areas using a fingerprint or facial biometrics, or via a card, PIN or QR code.
Anti-passback
Anti-passback is an access-control security feature that prevents repeated entry with the same card or identifier without a recorded exit.
Attendance
Attendance is the process of recording employees' presence at work. It is used to monitor when and how long employees work. It is important for calculating pay, planning working hours and complying with labour standards. Attendance is a system for tracking employees' presence in the workplace by recording their arrivals and departures.
Attendance sheet
An attendance sheet (often also called a “timesheet”) is a document or digital record used to log an employee's presence at the workplace. It contains precise data on arrival and departure times and breaks, as well as leave, sick days and doctor's visits. This record is essential for correct payroll calculation and serves as proof of hours worked in the event of a Labour Inspectorate audit.

An attendance system records the time worked by a company's employees. It can take the form of paper, a document, an attendance board, or an information system that records arrivals and departures electronically.
Attendance tracking
Attendance tracking is a systematic record of employees' presence at and departure from the workplace. It is used to monitor working hours, track attendance and calculate wages, and it ensures compliance with labour standards and regulations. Attendance can be tracked using various methods, including biometric systems, cards or mobile apps.
Catering system
A catering system is a technological solution for managing and recording employee meals in companies, schools or other organisations. Modern catering systems are often integrated with attendance and access solutions, which significantly simplifies administration and improves user convenience.
Facial biometrics
Facial biometrics is a way of processing biometric data that focuses on face recognition to verify a person's identity. It is used in various areas, such as Fingera attendance and access systems, at airports and in other public spaces, as well as in online services that require user authentication. Facial biometrics can verify entry eligibility or record an employee's attendance based on a fast, accurate comparison of their image with the data in a database.
Fingera
Fingera is a modern electronic system used for attendance tracking, access control and catering. The system records the time employees spend at the workplace and controls access to the premises. Only employees registered in the system, or people granted access in line with internal rules, may enter the workplace. Fingera is a next-generation attendance, access and catering system based on biometrics.
Fingerprint
A fingerprint is a unique pattern of ridges and furrows on a person's finger that can be captured and analysed for identification.
Forms of attendance tracking
Attendance tracking is a legal obligation of every employer and records employees' hours worked, including overtime, night work and breaks. There are three main forms: manual records (on paper or in Excel), electronic systems (RFID cards, biometric readers, mobile apps) and hybrid solutions (a combination of manual and electronic methods).
