When they have a problem, the easiest solution is to simply call us,\u201d says Barbora.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support from Day One of our Cooperation<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fingera is individually tailored to each client. Our support is crucial during the initial setup of the system. \u201cWe first need to set attendance rules as per the customer \u2013 working hours, lunches and breaks \u2013 and these factors are calculated differently by each company. The initial video consultations touch into the finer details of our solution to show the functionality to the customer and teach them how to use it. This enables the smoothest possible transition to the new system,\u201d explains Barbora.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After the initial system setup which can last for a few hours, it is adapted to the company\u2019s specific work processes. \u201cThis doesn\u2019t generally mean our support ends.
